However, after one of their co-founders left, everything fell apart. Deliverables were consistently delayed, deadlines were missed, and instead of solutions I was met with excuses. The level of professionalism and accountability dropped dramatically. What was once a promising partnership turned into me constantly chasing updates. The final straw was being completely ghosted. After multiple follow-ups, they simply stopped responding no explanation, no closure, nothing.
