Since the company has asked me to remove the first version of the comment under penalty of referring the matter to court, as allegedly violating its personal rights, i.e. reputation, by providing details regarding the cooperation, which I assess differently than Brand Active, I will leave here only my subjective opinion: Unfortunately, I do not recommend. Before starting cooperation with this company, the service offered was praised, especially, as I was informed, primarily in terms of support during the term of the contract and after its termination. During the term of the contract, contact with the company and the time of completion of individual works was definitely, in my opinion, too slow. Moreover, during the term of the cooperation, it turned out that I had to perform many activities myself, although I have no experience in implementing online stores. After the contract ended, using the company's services was, in my opinion, even more difficult. No response to emails, no telephone contact despite numerous requests. The store, which was supposed to be amazing and I was supposed to receive full support (as a total e-commerce layman) simply is... And unfortunately after the end of the cooperation agreement, the help became more and more difficult from month to month, where at the end I received information that I could not use the help, I emphasize paid, because, quote: "Unfortunately, we already have a full project load until the end of the year and we are not able to accept minor configuration changes. Due to the fact that your store is based on SaaS in Shoper, you will provide support directly in Shoper" ... - I received such a message only after several emails... Because previously there was no response, and my phone calls and inquiries remained unanswered.I am not quick to issue negative opinions, but apparently sometimes you have to describe what the situation looked like from my perspective.I certainly do not recommend it to people who count on support and help, especially if they are not experienced in the subject of setting up online stores, and I had such a situation,Too bad, because I specifically chose a company from Rzeszów.
