When I first engaged with Nice Branding, they really made me believe they understood my vision and genuinely cared about helping me succeed. They were responsive at the start, and I felt confident I was making the right decision. Unfortunately, that changed quickly after I signed their two-year contract — something I take full responsibility for overlooking in my rush to meet my business’s launch deadline.Over a year later, key deliverables still have not been met. The only person I consistently hear back from is the ads person; otherwise, email response times have been poor. What’s been most painful is realizing that once you’re locked into a contract, the level of care and effort drops dramatically. It feels like they just say whatever they need to at the beginning to secure your money, and then you’re stuck, regardless of how poorly they deliver.As a small business owner, this has been financially devastating. I am now paying for another year of services I am not even receiving — and they refuse to let me out of the contract. From my experience, Nice Branding seems better suited for corporations with marketing teams who can hand everything off to them and people who need custom websites because platforms like Shopify won’t work for them. - not a small business like mine.I rarely leave reviews like this, but I truly feel taken advantage of and heartbroken over this decision. Please, if you’re a small business considering working with them, think carefully and read every part of the contract. I hope this helps someone avoid the mistake I made.

Nice Branding has exceeded all of our expectations. They handled our rebrand, website design and now handle all of our marketing. We left a large marketing company that we paid large amounts of money to with no return. Nice Branding has done the opposite with great pricing and real results. I'm writing this as an end-user of one of their forms, not as a customer. I am a frontend software engineer and design user interfaces for a living, which means I am more likely to notice bad design than the typical user. However, I can't believe that any user could complete the form I just did and not notice how poorly it was designed.The experience was so bad that I felt compelled to find out who created it. I was dismayed when I found out that they paid to have such a terrible form built for them. Apart from being unpleasant overall, it was missing many of the hallmarks that indicate a professionally designed form. I included a few examples of these below. They don't adequately convey how bad the user experience was, but I hope they illustrate the basis of my point.The bottom line is that this form appears to be designed by someone who just entered the web design field and has no real-world experience. Do your patients a favor and find a firm that has experienced user experience/user interface designers on their staff.Examples:- Autoformatting or formatting hints Ex: The phone number only accepted digits with no symbols. I entered my phone number in the traditional way (XXX) XXX-XXXX, but it was flagged as an error when I submitted it.- Disclosure of electronic signature. The form asked for a "signature" in the form of a text box on a few of the first pages with no further information. On the last page, they provided the disclosure that entering your name into the box constitutes a binding signature.- Allow additional entries when needed. For a type of input that will scale differently per user in number of entries, it is typically best to use an element that allows the user to add one entry at a time. Instead, for the patient's medication listing, this form had multiple sections, each of which had multiple lines. This was bad enough to begin with, but got worse when I attempted to submit it after entering my medications to find that every empty field on every empty line of that section was flagged as invalid because they were empty. I had to enter something into every field in order to submit it. I have attached a screenshot of this screen.

I use Medforward HIPAA compliant online forms for both my Travel Medicine and Internal Medicine practices. They are easy for both my staff and my patients and travelers to work with. When something needs adjusting, their IT people are very responsive. In 3+ years, I do not recall any issue going unresolved for more than a single business day. I highly recommend them.

I chose Digital Engage to produce my portfolio website after interviewing and vetting a number of providers. They were genial, professional, and always amenable to fixing or improving details of the site until it was just as originally envisioned. They also were reasonable as to cost.I was very exacting in what I required, down to the Pantone color choices and general architecture of the site, as well as its navigation functionality. Though this meant producing the site took longer than originally envisaged, it did ultimately come out perfectly! I also have a sense that if you aren't really sure WHAT you want - or would like some design options, they would happily suggest them, providing an array of samples to chose from before proceeding further. In particular, my project manager, Joseph Cutler, was always available and ready to discuss how to proceed and/or tackle an issue with the workings of the site. Bravo to the teams!
