Working with 1SEO started off on a positive note. The initial stages of building our website and setting up ad campaigns went smoothly. However, once the website launched, the quality of service declined significantly.There was no active management of our Google PPC campaigns, and crucial SEO pages were never submitted to our new site. As a result, we were left in the dark about our market visibility, and our local ranking dropped to 13th place. Despite having a contract in place, 1SEO refused to provide any performance reports, consistently ignored valid questions, and deflected accountability by shifting the conversation to unrelated topics.We ultimately made the decision to terminate our relationship with them due to their failure to uphold key parts of our agreement. Now, they are threatening legal action over services they failed to deliver—services for which they also cannot provide documentation or proof of execution.Interestingly, when our old website was still live, SEO pages were properly implemented on the back end, and we saw measurable improvements. Unfortunately, once the new site launched, those efforts disappeared, and our progress took a significant hit, as reflected in our reports.1SEO has shown an unwillingness to acknowledge their shortcomings, choosing instead to argue and deny responsibility. Please stay away from 1SEO and take a moment to read the other negative reviews below—many of them are nearly identical to our experience.STOP WITH THE EXCUSES AND TAKE ACOUNTABILTY!
