We needed to build a custom CRM for our travel business — booking management, lead tracking, manager workspace, the works. Not a simple project. Found Elinext through a referral and glad we went with them. They pushed back on some of our initial requirements, which felt annoying at the time but saved us from building the wrong thing. The AI automation layer and workflow builder ended up being more useful than I expected — our ops team runs their own automations now without looping in devs. Some back-and-forth on the AI agent logic mid-project, but nothing that wasn't handled well. Already working with them on a follow-on integration. Solid team for complex enterprise builds.

I have concerns about the address provided as it seems fake. I have no prior knowledge of the company that contacted me through WhatsApp. Additionally, I am unsure how they obtained my number. When I asked, they claimed to have it in their database. This situation has left me feeling suspicious about engaging with them.

I had never heard about this company before until one of their recruiters somehow managed to get my personal phone number and reached out in the most unprofessional way I have come across in my whole career. All I will remember this company for is their disrespect of any data privacy laws and their rude employee.

My old office. I’ve been with them for almost one and half years. Since I was a consultant, I was always at the client location. This Amaris office is better than the previous office which was located in SPT building; with more space, more meeting rooms, more chilling areas and a comfortable lobby. Also the view from this building is just admirable

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Having our business’ name appear several times on the search page (in addition to being in the top three in the “organic” results) really helps drive customers our way. These guys know Google! We have been working with Rebekah, who has been great and given us a ton of great guidance.
