I tried calling the front reception for an update, but after asking for my name, they simply rejected my application without providing any reason. This feels unprofessional and discouraging for candidates. If applications are going to be rejected without explanation, it’s unclear why job openings are advertised in the first place. Better communication and transparency would really improve the candidate experience wasting time

There was minimal effort to create a welcoming or respectful atmosphere—something that is essential for any candidate to confidently demonstrate their skills.While it's understandable that interviewers may have demanding schedules, basic professional courtesy and attentiveness should not be compromised, especially when one is representing the organization.This experience serves as a word of caution to potential candidates: be prepared not only for technical evaluation but also for a potentially indifferent and unstructured process.
