I joined this organization on 8 January 2026 and 1 Feb was my last day because they fired me. This is one of the worst companies to work for. Under the leadership of CEO Vinay Kardile, the organization has built a toxic and highly unstable work environment where employees are treated as completely disposable. The company follows an extreme hire-and-fire policy with zero regard for people’s careers or livelihoods. There is no job security at all—employees can be removed at any time without proper reason, planning, or communication. Don't join this organization.

Agnotic Technologies is the Worst company. CEO Vinay Kardile gave told me to join organisation and within 20 days he fired me. This happened with many candidates, they hire people and if the project get ended then he fire the employees without giving them any reason and notice. Dont join this company.
