The AppIt team has been a project-saver for our company. I went with AppIt because I was looking for a trustworthy, transparent partner to guide me (an app-dev newbie) through building a new feature for our mobile app. Their quality of work, customer service, ability to meet timelines, and transparency has been phenomenal. Highly recommend Kayla and the AppIt to any company needing development help.

As fellow Colorado Companies to Watch winners, our team met Amanda and her team in 2022 and its been a match made in heaven! We have our own in-house development team that is swamped with working on our web application, Kanso, and did not have the bandwidth to work on sub-applications and portals. Here's where AppIt came in to save the day!We are closing out our first project with AppIt, and we are more than impressed. The application is clean and beautiful. Their team has been a joy to work with and I look forward to our check-ins on progress. This project has been so successful we have lined up a handful projects to continue this business relationship.Kanso Software is very grateful for AppIt!

I have worked with AppIt Ventures on two different enterprise size solutions. Throughout my career and have worked with several development teams. AppIt Venture stands out above the rest. The extraordinary service provided by AppIt Ventures starts at the top, with their CEO Amanda, and is executed throughout the entire team. It’s clear their employees are empowered to make decisions, take care of their customers, and provide the customer service their leader promotes.Kayla, our outstanding project manager is creative, reliable and detail-oriented offering guidance and support to ensure all of our development’s needs are on track and being done with our greater vision and application needs in mind. If any bugs pop-up, which is bound to happen, AppIt's team is on it and has the issue quickly fixed or a solution put into place within hours. With AppIt's development team, I have peace of mind knowing we can quickly and easily adjust to our customer's requests and provide an unparalleled customer and participant experience.I highly recommend using AppIt Ventures and look forward to continuing my partnership with them.

Test your software before taking it to production, do it with what you are developing or with what you are buying.

The training was very good. The instructor did an excellent job of reiterating talking points with real life experiences and stories from the IT industry. I enjoyed the activities with the table groups and the hands on learning technique. I am currently on a Scrum team, and am excited to apply what I have learned from this class to our team to help increase efficiency.

Intertech did an excellent job with the Scrum Master Certification Course. The course/training itself was very good and informative. Very interactive and the instructor, Lonnie, was amazing. She had so many real life experiences to share as related to scrum. The Intertech facility and the staff were wonderful. The people who worked there were helpful and friendly and the facility worked well to hold the training. It was a great experience and I would recommend Intertech for training and certification courses.

Excellent interaction from the Intertech staff from initial arrival and throughout the classroom sessions.I found the instructor to be knowledgeable on the course material for Java 8. He kept the class at a reasonable pace based on the various skill levels and background of the attendees. The coursework included well prepared materials, discussion, and awareness of the goals of attendees. For example, the instructor highlighted pertinent areas of the material knowing several attendees were candidates for taking a certification test.Additionally there was an option available to attend this class remotely via Webex. While I opted for classroom attendance it's great to know this capability exists for future reference. This was, for me, an exceptional training experience. I highly recommend including Intertech as a option for training needs.

Unprofessional, Mentally Draining, and Disrespectful Work CultureMy overall experience with this company was extremely toxic. During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation. If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

One of the worst organisation I have ever experienced . Exit process is worst moreover company doesn’t respond on your final f&f queries and literally one has to chase to get their full n final payment. Depending upon clients requirement organisation and their leaders push their employees and even salary is deducted if it is not billed as per clients need. Pathetic to be honest. Lala companies are doing better than this in country.
