Troy Web took over the maintenance and service contract for our in depth healthcare career information and job posting website. Their ability to seamlessly take ownership, clean up and bring our site into a stable wordpress environment was done not only quickly, but also flawlessly. During our time with Troy Web, a number of updates and additional features were required to be built. They were not only able to build these aspects, but also to correct past build issues in the process making the site more reliable on a daily basis. In the last 6 months of their service we didn’t experience any unforeseen downtime with our website, which is extremely important to the function of our site for those that access and use it on a daily basis. Troy Web provides an exceptional service with a team that is always available and very knowledgeable.

I want to share my experience so others are aware of the tactics this company uses. I was first contacted via an unsolicited spam text message promoting app development services. I had never heard of this business before, nor did I request any information from them. To see who was really behind the spam, I replied with a simple question about app pricing. The next day, I was contacted directly by this company.What was most concerning is that they tried to claim I had emailed them asking for their services — which is completely false. I never sent them an email or initiated any legitimate contact. The only reason they had my information was because of their own spam outreach. This is both misleading and dishonest.Professional companies do not need to resort to spamming strangers or fabricating stories about how potential clients found them. This type of behavior demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and integrity. If a business cannot be upfront and honest during the very first interaction, it raises major red flags about how they would handle a client’s project, communication, data, and money over time.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Trust is one of the most important parts of choosing a development partner, and unfortunately, their conduct showed me they are not worthy of that trust. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to be cautious and look elsewhere for reputable professionals.

Chris and his staff at Aezion Inc. are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The pricing is amazing for the results and they follow proven methodologies/techniques to deliver on time. Aezion Inc. was contracted to build a custom database, parts catalog, web e-commerce ordering system, web management suite, and standalone tools for our auto parts distribution business. All of the software that they developed was fully integrated into our backend and ERP systems saving us valuable time and resources and eliminating thousands of man hours per year. I worked primarily with Scott, Tim and Doug to build a fairly complicated site: Paypal/credit card payments, video training modules, a graded quiz, and issuance of a completion certificate. They were the only website company that invited me to an in-person meeting and that was tremendously helpful in me understanding how they work and them understanding my goals. Large Animal Consulting & Education launched 2 days ago and the site is running smoothly. I'm very happy with the site they designed (they also designed my logos) and am looking forward to using them to support and add to the site down the road.

Doug Wheeler is the owner of Espresso Moon and he has provided my small business excellent IT technical support for our website. His team helped me out by removing malicious code that was affecting my site right after the Heart Bleed epidemic last year. He got my site back up and running so i could continue business and save my online reputation.
