I am certain that he is "on my side" and is looking out for my best interests. The world has gotten very small and it is easy to find someone to build your product. However, it is not easy to find someone who will listen to your dream, help you reach it, look out for your best interests and whom you can put complete faith in.

I asked to be transferred to Account Pay to resolve the dispute and receive my credit. When Natasha (whom I find out later is the COO) answered, and said, "Thank you Reynold". My site was never completed to standard. The only honest employees that got ANYTHING done on website left the company. This place is as crooked as they come. Find another web company.

This thief contacted me after stating he was notified by another scam website bark.com. I have all the communications. he did not provide any of the work that was promised and when i asked for a refund he repeatedly promised that a refund was coming AND JUST KEPT PLAYING GAMES AND GOING IN CIRCLES. none of the work promised was completed the feedback was not even read and i was dealing with fakes for 4 weeks. Our respective lawyers also looked over the scope. After the scope was approved, the team got into the project launch and began the design phase. The team started with a low-fidelity design and built swim-lanes. After that, they moved into high-fidelity design, which they're about to finish.Additionally, the Kaizen Apps team provides us with consultancy services to help us grow the app. For example, they've advised us on handling customer service and tools we can use to help with that aspect. They've also connected us to other parties that can help us.
