What started as a simple support request quickly developed into a strong and trusted partnership. The IndexWorld team played a crucial role in the success of our Odoo implementation, providing expert guidance, responsiveness, and practical solutions every step of the way.Their customizations, in particular, have massively improved our workflows and helped us save countless hours of time. The team took the time to understand our business requirements and translated them into solutions that truly enhanced our efficiency and daily operations.Without their support, our implementation would have been far less successful. We highly recommend IndexWorld to any organization looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and results-driven partner for Odoo implementation and support.

We initially reached out to Umer and the team at Indexworld to review and rectify our ODOO ERP company file due to their expert knowledge of both Odoo and Odoo bookkeeping. They jumped in with their team to audit, and checked across every single bank transaction to have a complete thorough reconciliation across multiple bank accounts and 1–2 years of financials — to ensure everything was accurately accounted for.Once the review and adjustments was complete, we engaged Indexworld to take over our daily Odoo bookkeeping tasks (following our previous bookkeeper’s retirement). We now have a dedicated team handling our day-to-day bookkeeping needs, and they’ve been consistently proficient and reliable.I was initially apprehensive about outsourcing our bookkeeping, particularly because of the time zone difference (we're based in Australia), but it’s been working exceptionally well. In fact, having a team with multiple bookkeepers trained in our processes has proven to be a real asset.I highly recommend Indexworld if you need a capable, detail-oriented team who understands Odoo and can manage your financials on a daily basis.

We had the opportunity to work with Ahsan from INDEX WORLD on optimizing our Odoo ERP server and resolving various technical issues within the system. Ahsan demonstrated deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of Odoo’s architecture, which made a significant difference in the performance and stability of our ERP environment.Throughout the engagement, Ahsan was professional, communicative, and highly efficient in troubleshooting complex issues. His proactive approach and problem-solving skills ensured that any disruptions were addressed quickly and effectively. Thanks to Ahsan’s efforts, our Odoo server is now running smoothly, and we've seen noticeable improvements in both speed and reliability. I would confidently recommend INDEX WORLD and Ahsan to any organization seeking reliable technical support and optimization for Odoo ERP.Ok

Working here feels like joining an elite squad of tech theurgist. The office has just the right mix of productivity and chaos to make every day exciting, like a Silicon Valley sitcom.Management actually listens (shocking, I know), teammates are helpful (and sometimes funny on purpose), and the Wi-Fi almost never dies (miraculous).Whether you're debugging errors or just debugging your life, this place gives you room to grow, experiment, and occasionally break things, in the name of innovation, of course.Highly recommend, unless you’re allergic to fun, food (devil popcorn) or good vibes.

My worst experience was with SystechCorp Inc consultancy. They promised marketing support, H1B sponsorship, and client placement, but their marketing strategy was abysmal, and they lacked a competent marketing team. They often shifted the blame onto students or employees, and our email communication was not handled properly. I strongly advise against choosing this consultancy based on my personal experience, as they failed to deliver on their promises and were generally unhelpful.I recommend avoiding any verbal communication with this consultancy when it comes to processes like marketing and H1B sponsorship. Always opt for email conversations to document everything and protect yourself from potential blame.I've been deeply frustrated with this consultancy for their attempts to shift blame and engage in questionable financial practices, which prompted me to write this review in the hope of preventing others from falling into the same trap.I have had positive experiences with other consultancies that put in genuine hard work to find clients and secure good companies
