In second round selected for manageral round3. When I provided the technical explanation as requested, they unexpectedly changed their request back to a visual explanation.I believe that clear and consistent communication is crucial during interviews. If the interviewer had specific preferences or expectations, it would have been helpful for them to communicate those clearly from the beginning. It’s essential to maintain professionalism and respect for candidates throughout the interview process. I hope this feedback helps improve the interview experience for future candidates.After delivering a top-notch performance in the assessment round, I was disappointed to encounter such inconsistent behavior during the interview. I want to caution other potential candidates to be aware of such communication issues in this company’s interview process.
