Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them.Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.

For years I did my own website as a novice. As technology changed on the web my knowledge and skills became very outdated and I had to update things to remain relevant and current. I contacted John about an updated design and to change a lot of what I used to do to bring things up to date. He gave me a reasonable quote, took what I had and gave it a whole new look. What's better is that he introduced me to a much easier way of doing things, once the learning curve was achieved. Now, there are some things I am still figuring out for myself but John is, and has been, just a phone call away to solve problems or answer questions. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and it's been working out great. I highly recommend John and Evolved Designs for your website needs.
