Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with. The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion. We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. Personable, Knowledgable, Strategic, Long Term Vision, Experienced, Good Response time. I've already sent 3 other entrepreneur friends to them and they are all super happy with the choice. I met the owner of this company and his wife through a networking group. Eventually I decided to open up my own business and wanted them to help with the website build, SEO optimization, etc. Turns out they are some impressive softwares that they use that test hundreds of aspects google is looking for in a website and business and they can optimize to an extreme level. They also have the experience that allows them to see WAY down the timeline and make sure you dont waste anytime or efforts by making sure you do the right things you need to do now instead of having to backtrack and mess it all up later. The best part is that is it completely hands off for us. If we need an edit or to ask something we give them a call and they are always there for us. I cant recommend this company enough.
