Feb: **STRICTLY AVOID** Pathetic & Useless Service. There are multiple layers, a sales, a chief coordinator, a content writer, a creative guy, an animator... except Sales Person. All are freelancers or moonlighters - Freshers. They are available only late evenings and only chief coordinator can setup calls. Animations are 3rd grade output. I wonder how they got 4* ratings. I am waiting for 8+ weeks... still do not have the output promised.Mar: **VERY GOOD TURNAROUND** Deliveries were rapid from the moment Project Manager is changed. We are extremely happy with the output and delivery timelines. In hindsight, I think we got a wrong PM to drive our deliveries. Stuti and Arjun were instrumental in doing the damage control and turning this around very quickly, exceeding our expectations. ****SURE TO SIGNUP FOR NEW ASSIGNMENTS WITH THEM****

⚠️ Honest Review – Worked Here in 2017 (Still Traumatized)I worked in this company back in **2017** for about a month. The **training period was 14 days**, and there was **no pay during training**. Your salary starts only from the day you hit the production floor.Even back then, the **basic salary was ₹8,500**, and to my surprise, I’m still seeing reviews from just 3 years ago mentioning the same pay — no growth at all. That says a lot.The **work environment was extremely toxic**. If you didn’t meet the required number of sales in a day, you would be **scolded publicly in front of 200–300 employees** by your **SME or team lead**. It wasn’t professional — it was humiliating.Even now, after having **6+ years of experience** working with reputed firms like **Accenture** and **Maersk**, I **still can’t forget the mental trauma** this company gave me in that short time.**Paid leaves?** Non-existent. If you take even **one day off without informing**, they **deduct two days' pay** — yes, two days for a single day of absence. The **only holidays** are based on the **US calendar** if you're in a customer support role (night shifts), and there are **no shift allowances, no cab, no transport support** either.### 🚫 My advice:If you're considering joining — **please skip this company**. No job is worth your mental health, especially not for such low pay and harsh conditions.
