The entire team at Dragonfly was wonderful to work with. In my experience running a small business, it has been very difficult to find organizations that I would truly consider "partners." I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API. They initially told me the project would be done in only a couple of months, but it has dragged on and on and they still aren’t close despite the fact that I’ve paid into the tens of thousands of dollars for their services. I often can’t get in touch with them for months at a time and am now in the process of finding an attorney to hopefully get something of the time and money I’ve wasted with them back.
