Wow! So I mistakenly deleted (& then emptied the trash) several files that were critical to my everyday operations. After much anxiety I reached out Bart & Bryan at Elley communication. Bryan walked me through what would have been a VERY agonizing process and made it seem tolerable. Both Bart & Bryan educated me on the importance of password protection, back up & additional security, directed me to the best resources for me (not something I did not need) & offered it at a reasonable cost. Also, Bryan texted me on a Saturday to warn me about a potential threat and ensured I was good to go. So appreciate the personalized service and the desire to not upsell unnecessary products and services.

Our church just switched from traditional phone service with a local provider to phone service with Elley and can't say anything but nice things so far. The savings first of all is great! The service and the transition has been smooth. The IP phone is niiiiiiice and we love the voicemail to email feature. We are so grateful for our rep/tech who serviced us in Warner Robins.
