They quoted me a price. I signed a contract and after the work was done with what was listed on the contract the claimed I owed more money. They also suspended my website. I have had their service for almost 2 years and it’s difficult to reach anyone in customer service. The phone number is always different. Employees change every month so you will never work with the same person.

I was promised a website but these guys would fail to miss the deadline only to charge me more money for their inadequacies and mistakes. They never fixed my email address nor setup functional pages. Through all their failures, Binary Design even offered me a web maintenance plan for $10,000. Finally I found a sister to fix their mess up, setup my pages in 2 days with complete functionality for $175.
