Almost 7 years ago I joined the Koala Masters team as a Full Stack Web Developer. I must say that these were really cool years, full of events and pleasant memories.During this time, I had the opportunity to work with many talented and simply cool people. It is especially pleasing that the company has both experienced and young specialists, which allows us to create a balance, thanks to which we can look at projects from different angles and different points of view. This helps to find non-standard solutions and achieve cool results.A large number of projects allowed me to work with a wide range of technologies: from basic tasks on the front end to the creation and optimization of high-loaded e-commerce systems.The company provides all the opportunities for professional growth, constantly investing in training, participation in specialized forums and mentoring from experienced colleagues.The company has an atmosphere of mutual respect and mutual support. And in between tasks, there is always time for lively communication with colleagues and friendly banter about what is better: DC or Marvel, Lord of the Rings or Matrix, iPhone or Android.The management is always open to dialogue, ready to listen and go the extra mile. They demonstrate a high level of mutual understanding, which is especially felt in difficult situations when support is needed.In general, I am sincerely grateful to Koala Masters for all the opportunities it has provided and for the people it has introduced me to. This is a place where they really value their employees and create great working conditions.
