eCommerce Development Review from André Schörnig

We have been working with Dinarys on our Shopify store for quite some time, and the experience has been great. From the very beginning, communication was clear, efficient, and reliable. The Dinarys team consistently delivered detailed proposals, stuck to agreed timelines, and offered well-structured solutions tailored to our needs. Their technical expertise is impressive, but what really sets them apart is their proactive attitude and genuine commitment to our project. Whenever we had questions or changes, they responded quickly and constructively. Its a true pleasure to work with a partner who feels like an extension of our own team. Highly recommended!

Weve been working with Dinarys for quite some time now, mainly collaborating on Magento and Shopware development projects. Their developers consistently show solid technical expertise and a good understanding of our expectations and workflow.Communication is generally smooth, and response times are quick. Whenever issues arise, the team is open to feedback and acts quickly to improve. Over time, weve seen a positive evolution in their proactiveness and alignment with our teams way of working. They are flexible and collaborative, and its clear that they genuinely aim to build long-term partnerships. For the quality delivered, we feel the pricing is fair and transparent. All in all, weve been satisfied with our cooperation and would recommend Dinarys as a development partner, especially for companies looking for experienced backend developers in Magento and Shopware.

UI/UX Design Review from Oleksandr Akulenko

Our core product is an online auction platform that supports various auction types for different markets and assets. Initially, we used a free UI Kit, but it was outdated and didn’t meet our needs. To improve the user experience and interface, we hired snig.digital to redesign the UX/UI. Our goal was to create a modern, mobile-friendly app with a flexible design system, allowing us to introduce new auction types and enhance existing functionalities. The project focused on:- Updating the UX/UI of current auctions.- Developing a new auction type.- Creating a comprehensive design system for the platform and related products.Given that our platform handles assets ranging from tens of dollars to hundreds of millions, a clear and efficient interface is crucial. With snig.digital's help, we significantly upgraded the user interface for several auction types and introduced two new ones. The result is not just functional but also visually appealing.Users now find the system intuitive, whether they access it from mobile or desktop. Despite some of the changes being quite substantial, we’ve received positive feedback from participants and observers. The time required to develop new auction types or related products has decreased. Furthermore, the number of operational errors of our customeras has been reduced to nearly zero. And any issues that arise are easily identified by our support team.

We engaged Base X Tech to conduct a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) audit prior to the website redesign. Their goal was to evaluate the existing Shopify store, identify usability and conversion barriers, and provide insights to inform the redesign process. Through a comprehensive analysisincluding data review, user behavior tracking, and usability assessmentthey delivered a clear, actionable report outlining key areas for improvement that would help shape a more effective and conversion-focused website.
