Olha Yilmaz Marketer at Elit-Web

eCommerce Development Review from Olha Yilmaz
We were searching for a partner because advertising alone can't deliver great results if the website isn't well-designed, user-friendly, and fast. That's why we chose to work with DigitalSuits, integrating their development services to enhance site performance alongside our advertising and SEO optimization efforts.DigitalSuits exceeded our expectations. They redesigned the entire store to create a modern, responsive interface, developed a dynamic product configurator that enabled real-time customization, and optimized the sites performance for faster loading times. As a result, our client saw an increase in engagement rates, a 33% reduction in page load times that led to lower bounce rates, and a 25% boost in average order value. DigitalSuits' project management was exceptional, they responded quickly to the clients needs and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

eCommerce Development Review from Kateryna Sheremet
We needed a website for selling something special like experiences. As it was not a simple Shopify functionality, we chose DigitalSuits company as a Shopify expert. With their help, we created an e-commerce solution to sell experiences. Before the development process, DigitalSuits implemented all documentation covering the business requirements, guides on mockup creation, and product functionality. DigitalSuits experts know how to support and provide further improvements to our website.

eCommerce Development Review from Andrey Ryabuhin
Our client asked DigitalSuits to help with Shopify store development. To do so, the company was responsible for website design and development, and post-release maintenance and support. The company provided us with a team of 3 developers, 1 UI/UX designer, and a Project Manager. To help increase brand awareness and make the E-Commerce platform as useful as possible, DigitalSuits added the FAQ section, Blog and About pages, custom features like bundle creator, and a User Profile page.

Jim Smithson's Review Sourced from Google
From the outset, Webskitters have been excellent in not only producing a very good replacement for our old website, but also being very supportive in that process. They have also provided excellent support from the moment the site went live and a number of problems than came to light. Excellent value for money, I would have no hesitation in recommending Webskitters for all anyones website needs.

Joshua J. Scott VP at AKA Identity
2.3★
Web Development Review from Joshua J. Scott
We've used Good Code in the past and had good satisfaction with the work. In this project, unfortunately we had a bad experience. The situation:1. We had a front end project that we wanted to get done externally because our internal devs were focused on other projects2. The project was fully taped out, high fidelity designs were complete, and the back end was finished prior3. GoodCode quoted 60 hours to complete the work, terms were agreed to and the project was scheduled4. The developer who was assigned was a new hire to GoodCode which gave some pause, but we had good experiences prior so we assumed it would be the same5. There were no updates sent to us as the project progressed6. Project went over the 60 hours with no notice until right before delivery that it exceeded the amount by 20+ hours7. The developer opened a 5,156 line PR with our team for delivery8. When we asked to break up the PR for easier review, was told we would have to pay for the hours to do so9. We refused to pay more given the project had already significantly exceeded the estimateWe tried to appeal that this service was unacceptable given how much we were paying per hour for Good Code expertise. They refused. While they were responsive and within a reasonable time frame of delivery, I was very disappointed in how this project turned out.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire team at Low Code. From the start of our project to the very end, they were not only thorough but also incredibly friendly and approachable. As cofounders without a tech background, we greatly appreciated how the team took the time to help us understand the product we were building. They guided us through optimizing the platform for our initial beta test and ensured we stayed on track to meet important milestones. The team at Low Code follows a robust and well-organized process, walking you through every step from inception to completion. This made the entire experience smooth and seamless, and it felt like a true partnership. All communication took place on a centralized platform, making it easy to stay on top of things. Whenever we needed support, the team was always available, responsive, and eager to help.I highly recommend the Low Code team. They’re not only skilled and reliable but also a pleasure to work with. We have complete trust in their ability to deliver great results.

We at DotConnect Consulting are fans of LowCode Agency and we're thankful for their skilled team. Everyone from Jesus as the overall lead and Ceci the project lead, Maria the UX/UI designer, and Alexis the developer - this team took our vision, detailed designs, and workflows, and performed the intentional work of understanding the need, asking good questions, challenging assumptions and validating our vision, ultimately brining it to life. We developed a web app that will drive a step change in our industry, and we're proud to say that this is a tool that is much more than an MVP. More importantly, we place a premium in working with good people who happen to be skilled - If you're looking for bias for thoughtful action, reach out to the folks at LowCode Agency, a great blend of skill and goodness in each person.

Frequently Asked Questions About Top Miami Web Design Companies
Do companies in Miami provide bilingual web design options?
Yes. Given Miami’s unique demographic, most local website designers create English-Spanish bilingual websites. Because many web design companies in South Florida are staffed by native speakers, they offer a level of cultural nuance that an out-of-state agency simply cannot match.
A bilingual website helps your business:
You immediately double your potential local audience.
Spanish-speaking customers are more likely to convert when they can read product or service details in their native language.
Many of your competitors likely have English-only sites; a bilingual site makes you the more accessible choice.
If you run Meta or Google Ads in Spanish, sending that traffic to a Spanish landing page results in much lower bounce rates.
While costs vary based on the number of pages, adding a second language typically increases a project budget by 20% to 50%. This covers the additional design layouts (since Spanish text is often 25% longer than English), SEO for the second language, and professional copywriting.
Do web design companies in Miami do work in-house or outsource?
The answer varies by agency, but in Miami, you will typically encounter three different team structures:
In-house team: The designers, developers, and project managers sit in a physical office (usually in areas like Brickell, Wynwood, or Coral Gables)
Hybrid model: The strategy and design are executed locally in Miami, while the remaining work is handled by a trusted overseas team (often in LatAm or Europe).
Fully outsourced: The "agency" is essentially a local salesperson who outsources 100% of the work to white-label providers or freelancers.
To verify that an agency is actually local:
Look up the company on LinkedIn and see if its employees actually live in the Greater Miami area.
Even if you prefer Zoom, ask if their team is available for an in-person kickoff in Miami.
Ask to see the work they’ve done specifically for other Miami-based businesses, and if those clients can provide a reference.
Who owns the website and domain once it’s finished?
By default, the author of creative work is the legal owner of intellectual property (IP). In a web design context, if an agency creates a custom design, they own the copyright the moment they fix it in a digital format.
To ensure you own your website, your contract must override this default legal setting using one of two methods:
Work for hire: If the contract states the project is a "work made for hire," the law treats you (the client) as the author and owner from the start.
Assignment of rights: It states that the agency owns the work while they are building it, but they assign all IP rights to you once the final invoice is paid.
Some agencies (especially those with low upfront costs or proprietary "website builders") deliberately keep the IP. This means:
You cannot move the site to a different host.
You cannot hire a different developer to change the code.
If you leave the agency, you lose the website.
What is the difference between a template and a custom web design?
The main difference lies in whether the website is built to fit your business or if your business is being squeezed into a pre-made box.
Feature
Template Design
Custom Web Design
Foundation
A pre-built layout (like those found on Squarespace or ThemeForest)
A blank canvas built specifically for your brand from scratch
Development
Faster to launch (1–3 weeks)
Longer timeline (6–12+ weeks)
Performance
Often slower due to bloated code you don't actually need
Optimized for speed and high-performance SEO
Uniqueness
Your site might look like hundreds of others
A one-of-a-kind digital presence that beats your competitors
Scalability
Hard to add complex features later on
Built to grow and integrate with your specific business tools
Choose a template if: You are a startup with a limited budget, you need to be online as soon as possible, and your primary goal is simply to have a digital business card.
Choose custom if: You are an established Miami business looking to dominate your niche, you need specific functionality (like custom booking or bilingual portals), and you want your site to be a high-converting sales tool.
In a high-end market like Miami, "cheap" is often visible. If your competitors have sleek, custom sites and you are using a generic template, it can signal to customers that your business is less premium.
Can a local web design agency help your business rank for Miami-based searches?
Yes, but their role is to build the foundational SEO that makes ranking possible.
In the Miami market, a local web design agency helps you win at search by following best web design practices and focusing on three specific local hooks that out-of-state designers often miss:
Geo-targeted architecture: Instead of just one "Services" page, a local agency will build dedicated landing pages for specific Miami neighborhoods (e.g., “Our Doral Office” or “Luxury Real Estate in Coconut Grove”). This tells Google exactly where you operate.
The local pack optimization: They ensure your website’s code is properly synced with your Google Business Profile. This is the key to appearing in the "Map Pack" - the top three results people see when they search for things "near me" in Miami.
Speed and mobile performance: In Miami, most local searches happen on smartphones in high-traffic areas. A local agency optimizes for speed so your site loads instantly on a 5G connection in Brickell or Wynwood, which is a major ranking factor for Google.
A local agency understands that a Miami customer’s search intent might be bilingual. They can set up hreflang tags (the code that tells Google which version is English and which is Spanish) so you don't get penalized for duplicate content while trying to reach the whole city.
