I met DSI DESIG ON TIK TOK and honestly it took me months to get in touch, as we were in Naples and they were in Turin. I finally made up my mind and filled out the contact form. In less than 24 hours I was contacted by Emanuele and we immediately had empathy. This meant that he immediately understood my work needs. After this they sent me a draft of impeccable texts respecting all our needs, once confirmed they were published. Work carried out in 2 working weeks and I would like to point out that as of today, 05/06/2025 we are already seeing positive results. After this step, given the results and their professionalism, we did not hesitate to also give them the management of our website. Our biggest thanks certainly go to Emanuele and his impeccable staff including Martina and Sara.

DSI Design was recommended to us by some of our friends and was presented to us as a serious and competent company. To date, we can only confirm how the entire DSI Design team is very knowledgeable about the world of the web. Our eCommerce was created with precision and care and to date we are very happy with the result and above all with the speed (a problem we had with the previous company). We have started receiving the first orders and this makes us very happy. We are sure that with DSI Design we will continue to grow. Thank you all. You are splendid and above all... very very patient! 🙂

TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!!Terrible experience from every point of view.I entrusted a project to this company and I deeply regret it.The timing was unacceptable: 9 months of waiting without obtaining a remotely satisfactory result. The platform provided is slow and inefficient: with just over half of the products loaded (on a contract that talks about "unlimited"), loading a page takes over 20 seconds. Performance was verified using official analytics tools such as GTmetrix, and the results were disappointing.I was handed a site that was claimed to be "complete", when in reality it was missing essential features and the graphics were of questionable quality. After months of postponements, I received only apologies and delays, with continuous problems importing the products.BEWARE OF THE ADVANCES: IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE ON THEIR PART, THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDThis point should give serious thought to anyone who is thinking of relying on them.I advise you to evaluate with extreme caution and not to be influenced by reassuring tones or broken promises.Once the contract was terminated, the new, decidedly more professional company took 15 days to complete the project and with SIGNIFICANTLY SUPERIOR, UNCOMPARABLE performances!-----------------------------------------------------------------I am responding to dsi design's responseWhy should we lie? We have no personal interest: our review is purely informative and based on direct experience. The point is simple: with this agency we have not achieved the set objective. Another company, however, managed to satisfy all our requests in two weeks with remarkable performance.Everything that has been delivered to them is the same material that we already provided to you in December. For the graphics, we even had to prepare a detailed document for you, page by page, with precise instructions on what to insert: we delivered it to you on 13 September 2024.All our requests were not defined as customizations but as tools that a basic e-merchandise must offer. At this point, the real question is: why did they manage to achieve their goal in 15 days, and you didn't, not even after months?

Dynamic company with young and professionally trained management, capable of both suggesting and developing high quality web and video content, and of accompanying a companyin the development and growth of online visibility. Certigem, my company that deals with the sale of precious stones and analysis of precious stones, has significantly increased its visibility online and today receives contacts with new potential customers every day. Having met Vaultinn has changed and provided a lot of energy to our business! Massimo Battistella - Certigem

Working with Margarita was a pleasure! She took on the full website creation from the idea to the final product, assembled a team and successfully completed the project, despite the complex specifics of the company's industry. We were very lucky that she explained complex technical things in simple language and supported all requests we had.The project turned out to be much more complicated than we initially planned, but despite this, all tasks were resolved within the agreed time frame and budget. We are more than satisfied with the result and got very positive feedback from our customers and partners. Would definitely recommend working with Margarita and her team!

We enjoyed working with them on this and our other past visual identity projects. As always, they had clear and efficient communication, high-quality and modern design and reasonably priced performance ratio. We have will be continuing our collaboration together on other projects!

A true professional! The website was completely redesigned from scratch, and the result was truly impressive, both graphically and technically. They were incredibly quick to respond, delivered on time, and paid attention to detail. Finally, an agency that truly understands what a business needs. I recommend them 100%, and I'd choose them again without a second thought!
