ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

The team built the complete eCommerce website development project from the ground up, structuring makhana, spices, dry fruits, saffron, cardamom, granola and trail mixes into browsable collections instead of one flat product list. Festive and corporate gift hampers were given their own curated section, which reflects how that category actually sells. Request a quote and enquiry flows were built specifically for wholesalers and importers rather than being bolted on as generic contact forms. Homepage content was written to carry the sourcing, hygienic packing and packaging flexibility messages that matter to export buyers. The result is a site that finally matches how the business presents itself in person. Buyers can be sent a product link instead of a PDF, and enquiries now arrive with the details already captured. Response time did slow slightly over one weekend in the middle of the build, though everything still landed on schedule by 7th September. For a food products export brand, having a responsive and global ready storefront has changed the quality of conversations with international buyers.

Counting trucks at a mine gate by hand never really works. Someone always misses a vehicle, or writes down the wrong number. Mindrops built a computer vision system for us that does this job on its own. It looks at every vehicle at the gate, reads the number plate, and marks whether the truck is loaded or empty. Date and time get saved with each entry. It also counts how many trips one truck makes in a day. The gate is much easier to manage now. Daily reports are ready on their own, so nobody has to sit and prepare them at the end of the shift. Their team replied fast during the testing days, which helped us a lot. Weekend support is slow though. One fix stayed pending till Monday because of that. Still, for a mining business, having a clear record of every truck is a big help.

Been in water treatment for a long time, RO systems, softeners, iron removal, valves, the works, but our website never reflected any of that properly before this project. Mindrops rebuilt everything from zero, splitting products by segment, residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, agricultural, so customers actually land on what is relevant to them instead of scrolling through everything. Certifications like ISO, NSF, WQA are shown clearly too, which matters a lot when a municipal client is deciding whether to trust a vendor or not. Project is still ongoing honestly, we keep adding case studies and new product entries as things come up. Somewhere in the middle, content approvals got a bit messy since our team kept revising specs, cost us close to two extra weeks on a few product pages, mostly our own doing though. Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

We contacted the Third-Dimension to perform WEB design for a new service, which includes a WEB application and a browser extension.The work was divided into several stages, which is very convenient and allows you to follow the order of work. At the first stage, the Third-Dimension collected information about the project and wishes regarding the design. At the second stage, the Third-Dimension assessed existing applications and provided references (sketches) of the design. After choosing a direction, the designer provided draft page designs and app designs for approval. Once agreed upon, the final design was implemented and several rounds of revisions were made.I would like to note the Third-Dimension ability not just to "do the job and forget", but to immerse itself in the area and problems that the project solves. In the process of work, in addition to the design, some functions that were proposed by the Third-Dimension team were also adjusted or added.
