The Alpha Staff Company is a complete fraud. My maid was being serviced by them. There is a maid named Stella. The maid provided terrible and fraudulent service. Even after payment is made, she does not answer the phone. The company is untrustworthy. Don’t pay them for services.

She's super quick to respond whenever I message her with questions.What I love most is how she breaks down complicated tax stuff in ways that actually make sense. When we needed to restructure our company, she walked us through everything step by step. No jargon, just clear advice.She also saved us from a total nightmare with the Florida Department of Revenue. Stephanie has done my taxes for the past 2 years (personal return). She is easy to work with and the process is always smooth. Stephanie is accommodating as well and has a positive attitude. She is also very knowledgeable and has a masters degree in taxation, if I’m not mistaken. I trust her judgment completely.Good experience!Update June 2023: Steph has done my biz, personal, and trust taxes for years now. I don’t trust anyone else. She is phenomenal with her customer service, fair pricing, and attention to detail. Also she responds to you and communicates. Note that I’m very particular about who I work with and Stephanie exceeds my expectations every time.I did stray one year and went to someone else who did not do a good job and charged me double the price. That I regret and back with Taxes Tampa now!
