John Tomblin is in the business of making your creativity and genius a reality. When I first reached out to John, I thought I was on one track. I have a habit of seeing the end, but all of the details are distractions and I had not given them any thought. I was completely unaware of the scope of my project. John did a year long scope and sequence with me, that turned into consulting. He showed me that there is so much more than the end product. I have worked with technology companies in the past and they do one thing really well, they develop technology. John looks at the project holistically. From when the consumer/customer first engages with your product, to how they will actually purchase the product, to the ease of use of the technology, to the performance of your product, to the marketing - how will you first find these customers, and so much more. John is detail oriented and very organized. Nothing slips past him because of his methodology with his wireframes. He holds weekly meetings to make sure the client (me) and he have both done our "homework" to move the project forward. The meetings also ascertain that we are both on the same page about the project. Working with John is a pleasure; I look forward to our weekly talks. I am certain that he is "on my side" and is looking out for my best interests. The world has gotten very small and it is easy to find someone to build your product. However, it is not easy to find someone who will listen to your dream, help you reach it, look out for your best interests and whom you can put complete faith in.

I had an onboarding call with one of their accountants, who helped me set up our financial documents and reports. They send me monthly financial reports and complete other projects as requested. They have given me access to an online accounting portal where I can view all our financial statements. They also prepare and submit our taxes and manage our payroll. Their service package also includes the preparation of my personal taxes. They have begun implementing electronic signatures on documents.Capactix Business Solutions has given me free bits of business advice, and were planning to hire them for consulting services later this year. Initially, I spoke with the owner, who connected me to the main accountant that I now stay in contact with. There is another teammate who reaches out to me with questions on occasion. We are able to make better decisions and be more mindful of our costs using the documents and reports they have set up. This visibility is especially important as the economy is softening. Their tax preparation process is smooth since they track our finances throughout the year. Its helpful to have them onboard; with their services, we dont need to manage an in-house bookkeeper.
