I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. The service provided was extremely poor, communication was unprofessional, and there were serious concerns regarding data security and confidentiality. As a business owner, I trusted them with sensitive company information, but after working with them, I no longer felt confident that our data was being handled responsibly. I used this agency’s services and had a very disappointing experience. The website they created looked unprofessional and poorly designed. Despite promises, I saw no real results for my business. We have recently completed a 3 month Marketing Director Consultation with Rudy from Famous Wolf. Rudy was exactly what our company needed - he brought fresh eyes to stale product, data driven opportunities, and new ways of thinking about how we sell (ie moving relevant product onto recurring revenue models). He also brought an attitude and energy which had a ripple effect though the executive team, resulting in new product development, cost saving exercises and customer conversations which, while they were not directly part of Rudy’s support, were definitely the result of his presence in the team.
