Mobile App Development Review from Artur Ozierański
JetRuby provided staff augmentation services for us. developed a mobile app for a design platform. The team was responsible for implementing the backend server and admin panel, and frontend code. The team was made up of experienced developers that have great communication skills, which made resolving any issues or questions a breeze. JetRuby developers kept up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in development and suggested updates and improvements to the application as needed.

Web Design Review from Patrice Archer
They developed a SaaS web platform with smart scheduling and automation tools for us at and built the platform's front- and backend and integrated a custom analytics dashboard and calendar integrations. But to be honest what impressed us most was how deeply they engaged with our vision. They didn't just write code they challenged assumptions, proposed better workflows, and contributed as if they were part of our internal product team. Their ability to think strategically and focus on user experience made them feel more like tech partners than a typical outsourced vendor.

The training was very good. The instructor did an excellent job of reiterating talking points with real life experiences and stories from the IT industry. I enjoyed the activities with the table groups and the hands on learning technique. I am currently on a Scrum team, and am excited to apply what I have learned from this class to our team to help increase efficiency.

Intertech did an excellent job with the Scrum Master Certification Course. The course/training itself was very good and informative. Very interactive and the instructor, Lonnie, was amazing. She had so many real life experiences to share as related to scrum.
The Intertech facility and the staff were wonderful. The people who worked there were helpful and friendly and the facility worked well to hold the training.
It was a great experience and I would recommend Intertech for training and certification courses.

Excellent interaction from the Intertech staff from initial arrival and throughout the classroom sessions.
I found the instructor to be knowledgeable on the course material for Java 8. He kept the class at a reasonable pace based on the various skill levels and background of the attendees. The coursework included well prepared materials, discussion, and awareness of the goals of attendees. For example, the instructor highlighted pertinent areas of the material knowing several attendees were candidates for taking a certification test.
Additionally there was an option available to attend this class remotely via Webex. While I opted for classroom attendance it's great to know this capability exists for future reference.
This was, for me, an exceptional training experience. I highly recommend including Intertech as a option for training needs.

Bradley Collins

Working with the guys at Espresso Moon (Scott, Doug, Tim and Dwayne) was truly a great collaboration and experience. They didn't just throw a website together for us, they helped us to reinvent ourselves. They go out of their way to get to know you and your business to the fullest extent, and that is a quality that is not often seen. If I were to recommend a web design/hosting company to anyone, Espresso Moon would be the one and only name I give. Thank you for your service and support!

I worked primarily with Scott, Tim and Doug to build a fairly complicated site: Paypal/credit card payments, video training modules, a graded quiz, and issuance of a completion certificate. They were the only website company that invited me to an in-person meeting and that was tremendously helpful in me understanding how they work and them understanding my goals. Large Animal Consulting & Education launched 2 days ago and the site is running smoothly. I'm very happy with the site they designed (they also designed my logos) and am looking forward to using them to support and add to the site down the road.

Doug Wheeler is the owner of Espresso Moon and he has provided my small business excellent IT technical support for our website. His team helped me out by removing malicious code that was affecting my site right after the Heart Bleed epidemic last year. He got my site back up and running so i could continue business and save my online reputation. I would recommend Espresso Moon LLC to anyone in need of a new website or mobile application because they follow through with what they promise to do, on time and on budget. They are truly a pleasure to work with!

Can generative AI companies in the United States handle enterprise-level projects?
Yes, many generative AI companies in the United States are fully equipped to handle enterprise-level projects. They work with extensive data systems and flexible cloud solutions, all while adhering to important compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR, which makes them a great fit for industries like finance, healthcare, and retail.
Generative AI firms often combine AI model development, data engineering, and system integration to deliver secure, production-ready solutions. Their enterprise work typically includes custom LLM training, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and AI-powered customer support systems tailored to complex business needs.
What factors affect the cost of generative AI solutions?
The cost of generative AI solutions depends on project complexity, data requirements, and model customization. Training or fine-tuning large models requires extensive computational resources, specialized talent, and time, all of which increase expenses.
Integration with existing systems, API usage, cloud infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance or support can also affect the cost of generative AI solutions. Projects that require strict compliance, real-time performance, or enterprise-grade scalability tend to cost more than off-the-shelf implementations.
How do generative AI startups in the United States measure success in AI projects?
Generative AI startups in the United States measure success through technical and business metrics. On the technical side, they measure how well the model works by tracking its accuracy, speed, quality of results, and user satisfaction. They often compare these results to earlier models or previous versions.
From a business perspective, they assess ROI, adoption rate, customer retention, and productivity gains generated by the AI solution. Success depends on whether the technology provides steady and useful benefits that support the client's goals.
How can I verify a United States generative AI company’s credentials or certifications?
To verify a United States generative AI company's credentials or certifications, check the following key factors:
Review if the company holds a valid SOC 2 Type II report, which confirms controls for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy
Check for compliance standards like HIPAA (for US patient data) or ISO 27001 if the AI solution handles health or financial data
Ask for documentation showing certificate validity, auditor name, and audit date, rather than just a badge
Confirm there are clear procedures for data handling, including encryption, access control, and audit logs, which are often part of certified frameworks
What guarantees or service assurances do generative AI startups in the United States provide?
Generative AI startups in the United States typically offer service-level agreements (SLAs) that define uptime, performance metrics, and response times for support. These often include guarantees for data security, confidentiality, and compliance with standards like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
Generative AI companies may also provide accuracy benchmarks, pilot phases, or refund policies tied to project milestones and deliverables. While startups are generally more flexible, they balance agility with formal assurances that protect both parties and ensure predictable performance outcomes.
