They were fully responsible for the product design and front end, while our team handled the back end, and their expertise in the marketplace space was evident from day one they understood the dynamics of interaction between buyers and sellers without needing a detailed explanation of the underlying principles. They provided a needs analysis, complete UX/UI for all key workflows, a reusable design system, and a responsive front-end built on React, integrated with our CMS. The platform launched on schedule, the time it took to onboard sellers was significantly reduced, and the design system accelerated our internal work on future features.
