The Purpose: The main intent of this video undertaking was to position Irving, Texas as a leisure capital of America. A special emphasis was placed on the vast array of live music events that are hosted by Irving’s various music venues.
With the brand-new ICVB website and collateral in mind, this venue needed a series of videos that would complement the fresh and creative branding surrounding the project. The fast-paced, high energy feel of these sizzle reels were conceptualized to work in unison with the collateral whilst adding a little extra flare.
The Project: The final deliverables included two 60 second sizzle reels, two 30 second sizzle reels, one 15 second reel, four silent versions as well as a reel with and without overlaid text for signage.
With the final product in hand, the videos were used to target three main audiences. First and foremost, leisure travelers of all ages. Drawn in by the energy and the glamour of these fast-paced reels, travelers would get a sense that Irving was a culture hub of Texas.
Secondly, meeting and event planners were a key sector. Those in search of a venue to hold their next gathering needed to look no further. The reels do an incredible job of showcasing the high-end feel of the meeting spaces in addition to their versatility in accommodating various group sizes.
Potential attendees for events at the Irving Convention Center were the final priority when crafting these reels. With such a broad docket of events that occur in the ICVB and throughout Irving, attendees of every interest and orientation are sure to find something that fits their taste.
The Performance: The videos were promulgated through the Cvent ad network, social media, both the Irving Convention Center and Irving, Texas websites and used as a sales tool. The results below represent only the first phase of this long-term strategy. Each day the videos are generating added views and further spreading the news about ICVB.

Mobile Sales Tool for Field Service Managers & Regional Distributors

Problem
The customer is a high-tech equipment producer, providing the entire range of supply, installation and maintenance services to its buyers. The company has a large network of regional distributors and field service managers, who required a flexible and convenient tool to serve clients and sync on updated supply information while out of the office. Singulart team was recommended by one of its partners as a good fit for the job.

Solution
Our team took up the task. We developed a mobile app for remote access to data about supplies and for support of the sales process out of the office and on the go. We developed iOS and Android apps and integrated them with an existing internal platform and the client’s stock management system. With the app, field managers and regional representatives could retrieve data on updated inventory availability, use marketing and presentation material to showcase the company’s products and services, and order equipment in real time.

Result
The company has been able to engage new regional representatives with the app, increased its sales and expanded its market presence. The management and office employees have all necessary information about sales and deliveries at hand, and sales and field service staff can work remotely without any constraints.

D. R. Horton needed to improve their system for construction management and project tracking. The legacy system was hindering them from scaling their construction business. Scalable project scheduling software would benefit their employees and vendors.
We concluded D.R. Horton’s construction scheduling software should deliver on two experiences. The first being a cloud-based web solution. The second being a field service mobile application. Each solution would manage various aspects of the project life cycle. With this goal in mind, we migrated D.R. Horton’s data to the cloud-based scheduling application. We integrated new digital products into their financial systems.Both construction scheduling software applications were a huge success. The team could manage schedules and optimize project delivery. The applications saved over $50 million each year in project costs. As a result of this initiative, D.R. Horton introduced new digital products.

Together with Serviceplan ME we came up with idea of revealing the car on a microsite competition. So everybody in Gulf can enter the new microsite for the challenge, upon entering the website; questions about the hybrid motors will pop up, and every time the user answers a question, a part of the car will be revealed. And so on until the challenge is finished, and the entire car is revealed.
BEHIND THE SCENES

• This experience has been one of a kind for us. Starting with ideation, all the way to the 3D modeling of the car, after which comes animation, then including checkpoints in the video that stop and play according to the user’s answers, and last but not least, the web development and design of the microsite itself.THE OUTCOME

• The challenge has gone wild especially in Dubai and the interactions were enormous, fulfilling both the educational and revealing objectives.

We worked closely with the Talamas team to re-envision their company’s web marketing strategy. We knew their personal stories should be at the core of the web strategy, and from there we could showcase case studies and develop the e-commerce store front.
Our team analyzed the crowded market and compared their product and unique services to their competition. In order to help them stand out we had to better position Talamas in the market place. We are building a site that is easy to navigate, filled with valuable information to help people make decisions. We have developed the backend of the site to make it easier for the staff to add, edit and change products.

The Challenge
Direct Line for Business were struggling to drive awareness and reach the right people in the small business sector.  They wanted a creative digital campaign that would increase their visibility amongst target audiences and generate qualified leads for their liability insurance.
 
The Insights
By closely analysing the online behaviours of our target audience (builders, plumbers and small business owners), we got to know who they were, where they were active and what type of content they engaged with. Video was by far the most popular content type – in particular, pranks and “laddish” humour. With the Olympics on the horizon we also identified an opportunity to take advantage of the feverish media attention around this event. These insights combined to directly inform our creative strategy.
 
The Execution
Putting these insights into practise, we developed the Trade Olympics, a series of hilarious short videos that showed tradesman competing in different Olympic events while simulating exaggerated carelessness on building sites. These were shot in “UGC style” to provide an authentic look and feel and used CGI to bring the extra drama. Teaming up with On The Tools to help promote the videos, they quickly went viral on social media, generating millions of views and thousands of shares. All while highlighting, in a fun way, the need for liability insurance.
