We contracted with SME to work with our organization, supporting and facilitating our strategic planning, in spring 2022. We were so fortunate to work with Jenna Sedmak, who so capably, professionaly and competently lead the pre-strategic planning surveys and interviews, which set the stage for our online strategy planning sessions. The SME process, with Jenna's leadership, kept us focused and on task. Strategic planning can be a challenging process, one where ideas (and perosnalities) and plans can wander, but Jenna so skillfully and patiently guided everyone back to the task at hand and ensured organizational alignment. SME's ongoing support and check-ins are most certainly a value add and help to reassure staff and the board. She, and SME, are thorough and detail oriented, which is so very necessary and appreciated, which in turn ensure a very good result for our organization.

I have celiac disease and they made me a veggie burger on a different grill with different utensils-they understood celiac safe. Ive had a great experiance with the joseps group there properties that i have looked at are always very nice and clean.and i love that you can just go to one of there properties and put a code in and get the key from the key box to let your self in its so convenient if your busy or in a hurry. And a couple people i have talked to are very pleasant.and there rent prices are not to high like alot of other properties through realities.
