My wife and I joined Advanced Wellness MD at the beginning of 2026 after becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the traditional primary care experience we had received from previous providers. We were looking for a practice that truly focused on wellness, healthy aging, quality of life, preventative care, and helping us live not just longer lives, but healthier and more fulfilling ones. Thankfully, we found exactly that with Advanced Wellness MD. Our concierge primary care provider, Carla Chromik, has been absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, attentive, thoughtful, and truly committed to helping us feel our best. Carla takes the time to listen, explain, guide, and look at our health from a complete wellness perspective. We never feel rushed or treated like just another appointment. We feel cared for, respected, and supported. The entire team has exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Lisa, Liz, and Olivia are truly amazing and make everything happen like magic. They are professional, kind, highly organized, and incredibly responsive. Whether we need help with questions, scheduling, referrals, blood work, imaging, or coordinating with specialists, they handle everything quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. A perfect example of their outstanding service happened when I suddenly developed severe knee pain and could barely walk. The team responded with urgency, kindness, and incredible efficiency. They helped me get the imaging I needed and secured an urgent orthopedic appointment with Dr. Patrick King very quickly. Their support during that stressful situation meant so much to me and reminded us why having a caring and responsive medical team makes such a difference. The concierge care model at Advanced Wellness MD has completely transformed the way we experience healthcare. Instead of rushed appointments and reactive medicine, we now feel like we have a true healthcare partner invested in our long-term wellness and overall quality of life. I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic and the entire wonderful and dedicated team that works there. I have the privilege of being cared for by Carla who has quite literally enabled me to have hope again. I am a particularly tricky and complex case that Carla dove head first into investigating. Some of the insights she has been able to provide through her diligent investigative work has allowed me to finally start recovering after years of prolonged chronic illness. None of this would have been possible had it not been for the hard work of Carla and the rest of the superb team at Advances Wellness.

Dr Barnes is the best doctor you will ever have. She will make your life so much easier on so many levels. Especially in this day and age with things being so complex in the medical world it’s much easier to work with a concerige doctor. When I’m sick I don’t want to have to go to an office and expose myself to other infections. It’s really nice when you’re sick and tired to have easy access to medical care by texting for help and having a virtual visit set up. It’s also important to have a doctor helping you to stay healthy and being proactive with the largest breakthroughs. She has kept me from having to pay for specialists on many occasions. Her staff especially Lisa is truly amazing. They care so much. This is truly a gem of a place.
