Last year in 2024 no problem but January 2025 y'all are bad & I mean bad (worse)Received a texted driver on way said he arrived lies I was standing out front never showed up checked his location said he picked me up & I was on my way to my doctor's office I couldn't believe it tried calling him & a busy signal. Another time I was left at my doctor's office saying they had no drivers then on 3/26/25 my appt was at 10:30 tracking her whereabouts she cancelled at 10:00am. I'm changing my medical insurance & I hope I never have to deal with Motivecare ever again. Do Better.

Absolute worst transportation company in the universe! I mean the Absolute worst!! Rides are always re routed and no one ever shows up. I have a standing order for EVERY SINGLE DAY and and 3 times a week the ride is canceled and appointment missed. Supposed to be picked up at 7:50am, that never happens, no one calls or text and I spend the next 2 hours calling back and forth because they say they are re routing and will send a uber or lyft which they never do, they just keep canceling the ride.. Absolute horrible, company should be shut down!
