Jamie, the dispatcher was prompt and communicative.I sent my Epson 5040UBE home theater projector to Great Lakes as they are an authorized repair center. After sending it in for a $100 estimate September 12, on October 13 I received word that my barely used $3000 projector was not worth repairing. I requested its return. All in, $180 wasted.But this projector has known issues, according to the blogs.Time for a second opinion from a center in Texas. The same day they received it I was quoted $629 for parts and a flat $100 for labor for the 'simple" fix. It'll be back in 3 days.Lesson learned.

Wonnica was able to not only solve the issue in record time but gave me the steps to take in case it happens again! I thought for sure we would have to make a bank run today, but thanks to Wonnica's help my remote scanner is now working and we can directly deposit our checks into our account to show for the year end! Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
