Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

They got it up and running the same day, and recommended a couple upgrades to insure it would not continue happening. Top notch all the way! Professional yet personable. Extremely good at what they do (Mac or PC) and they explain everything in a way I can understand. VQIS does remote monthly maintenance on my work laptop (windows), as well as takes care of my family’s non-work iMacs when we have issues. I trust them so much that I’m willing to drive an hour and a half to bring them my computers if they need to fix hardware issues. Fast turn around with status updates along the way. All with a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor, which is always a plus!

I reached out to Ian at Adaptive when I was feeling frustrated with our current IT service provider. What stood out to me was that Ian didn’t try to rush in and win our business. Instead, he took the time to really understand the pain points we were dealing with, gave thoughtful advice, and even connected me directly with the founder of our current IT firm so we could work through the issues properly.That says a lot about his professionalism and character. He approached the situation with a lot of respect, fairness, and genuine care, even though it didn’t necessarily benefit him commercially in the short term. It’s rare to come across someone who puts relationships and doing the right thing ahead of trying to make a quick sale.Ian left a very strong impression on me, and I have a lot of respect for how he handled the situation.
