Working with this company was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. We ordered new content for one of our Amazon listings and paid over $1,000 upfront. When they delivered the first draft, we were disappointed with the quality and asked them to stop working and issue us a full refund.At first, they refused to give us anything back. Later, they offered a 50% refund on the condition that we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) so we wouldn’t talk about it anywhere. We declined, and I am now sharing my experience.I would be very cautious about trusting these 5-star reviews on Google because the service they provided was horrible. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

I reached out to a few video/production companies for an urgent project - Aaron / Zip in Media were the first to respond and were very engaged from the beginning. We had an initial discussion and I had a proposal in my hand the same day. We scheduled everything, had a creative planning meeting and we were ready to roll on my scheduleThe camera team on location were extremely professional and helpful, and perfectly balanced providing their creative input and listening to what I desired and constantly verified that I was happy with what I was seeing.The video post editing was well done, there was effort made to use the color and branding guidelines I had provided, and my only feedback and changes were due to my personal preferences. The final video was delivered earlier than promised.I would 100% recommend them and will use them in the future without soliciting quotes from others.

Zip In shot and produced a customer testimonial video for one of our clients. The shoot and the post-editing process went very smoothly. In fact, the rough cut they provided us was so good that our client did not need to do much editing at all.
