Updates have been infrequent, and marketing calls have disrupted the process. Emails sent on 09/03/2025, 09/13/2025, 10/04/2025, and 10/06/2025 have gone unanswered. Conclusion Due to Zoeks lack of communication and failure to meet contractual obligations, I have experienced inconvenience and financial loss. I urge Zoek to take prompt action to resolve these issues by issuing a full refund and providing clear answers regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance.
