I used this company for one of my books that I recently published. They falsely represented that they could get me into best seller status, which would help boost my sales. In reality what they did is something I can do on Amazon myself which is freely promote my e-book edition of my book. So while this temporarily boosts algorithm on Amazon for that category only it does nothing to help the rest of my book editions sell. I’m disgusted with how this company represents what they actually do and the fact that I paid a bunch of money and have zero results to show for it. I do not recommend you use this company as you will waste your money and your time and end up in the same spot you would be in if you did it yourself.

Jared Bauman and the team at 201 Creative were excellent to work with. I first came across their free GEO audit, and it was genuinely useful. It helped me go from having a vague sense that something wasn’t right on my website to understanding much more clearly what needed attention and why. The follow-up conversation with Jared was just as helpful. He took the time to explain the audit findings, answer my questions, and help me make sense of what I was looking at, without turning it into a pushy sales pitch. After that, I brought 201 Creative in to help sort out the schema on a website I’d recently moved from Ghost to WordPress. They got in, got it done quickly, caused no hassle, and cleaned things up properly. The site is in much better shape now. I’d happily recommend Jared and 201 Creative to anyone who wants smart, practical help with SEO, GEO, and website cleanup.

My experience with this company Palm Desert Geeks, has been extremely frustrating. Pat, the owner, is a very poor communicator—he rarely responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely or consistent manner. As a paying customer on a monthly subscription plan, I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, which was not delivered.Their services for website development, social media, and content posting are subpar. It appears the person responsible for this work is only available for a few hours a week, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the output.When I raised concerns about the lack of results and asked about the value I was receiving for what I was paying, I was abruptly terminated via text message—without any real conversation or attempt at resolution. Pat seemed completely unwilling to accept feedback, taking it as a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve.Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this company.

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!
