Feedback on IT Support - MarkThis morning, I was running behind for our scheduled meeting, and I truly appreciated Mark's patience with my tardiness. Once I communicated that I was delayed but my computer was online, he immediately began his tasks without hesitation.During the session, Mark not only resolved my computer issues quickly and effectively, but he also took a moment to share advice-- reminding me to enjoy these times with my kids because they grow up so fast. That thoughtful reminder meant a lot and showed the personal care he brings to his work.Thank you, Mark for your professionalism, patience, and the excellent support you provided today.Renee T - CFGC

Weve been working with Securafy for a while now, and honestly, it’s the kind of tech support you stop thinking about and i mean that in the best way possible. Things just work. When they don’t, you barely have time to get frustrated before someone’s already looking into it.catching issues before they turn into problems, helping out with quick fixes, or rolling out bigger updates with zero drama. just solid, steady support that you can count on. thanks Securafy!

sometime last month our office network dropped across all floors. Phones went down the cloud drives inaccessible all projects stalled.Randy's brilliant team remoted in, coordinated with our ISP, reconfigured backup routing and even walked someone through physical resets while staying on the line. you're never gonna get that kind of hands-on support remotely elsewhere!

This is the best electronics recycler in Fresno. Answered my email right away at night, told me to stop by and they took all my computer cords, wires, computer and laptops for free.

We were clearing out an old building and called a few recyclers in town about destroying some hard drives. Ian was really knowlegable and mentioned they had a shredder and could video tape the destruction for our piece of mind. He also took some old LTO tapes we had and shredded those. What I liked about Integritrade was they were friendly, efficient, and thorough. During the destruction process, Ian checked every desktop computer to make sure the CD drives were empty and also checked our printers for residual paper in the scanner feed. It was obvious he knows what he's doing and the R2 cert was a plus.

Ian went out of his way to help me. I had a computer filled with memories from my father who passed away and was looking to recycle it but was concerned about the data. Ian explained that he wipes all of the hard drives and if it can't be wiped, he would shred it. He offered to let me borrow his docking erasing it in case I needed anything and refused to take my money. Hard to find this level of service nowadays.

Chuck and Todd are always available to solve your computer problems. They’ve assisted me numerous times and are easily reachable by phone or email. They provide prompt responses and can effortlessly take control of the affected device, resolve the issue, and explain what went wrong, why it occurred, and how they are preventing future problems. I give them a perfect 10/10.
