I can't say enough good things about Brandon and Hyran IT Consulting. They really understand everything IT. He quickly diagnosed an issue with my computer running slow and provided and affordable solution. In addition, he helped us to understand other potential risks without scaring us into purchasing. We've been using Hyran IT Consulting for close to 3 months now and every time we call, we hear back within 30 minutes. As part of our pre-screening interview with Hyran IT we learned that they support companies with as many as 150 employees. We'll continue to use Brandon and his team for future IT services! Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend. Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

Technology can easily make one feel defeated if they're unable to manage it well. With the help of the Kotman Team, especially John Baker, we were able to get my Scan Snap up and running. He was extremely courteous and patient, though hunger may have been on his heels, (he was right about to go to lunch when the issue began), I never felt any resentment or impatience grow towards the situation. Not only did he fix the technical issue, but he took the time to walk me through the different configurations so that way I'd be able to recognize what the settings should look like in the future. I never felt talked down to or silly for not knowing how to work the equipment, but instead felt heard and experienced kindness. Thank you John, for not just fixing the issue, but for passing on your knowledge and insight to the non-tech savvy people like myself. It's people like you who help technology feel more like a friend than a foe. Great job!
