The service from the company was everything I was hoping for an even more. Person of first contact was very knowledgeable spend time with me so I understood what the services would be out and that they offered in a way that I fully understood Work quickly, and with a matter of three days, they had a localized the perpetrator of the crimes against me and had sent the letter to the local police, which was in a country outside of the US in AfricaI signed up for the phase 2, which provided support after the initial findings and have not had any further issuesTo me, it was amazing how quickly they were able to advise me and help me secure my social network, email and other points of contactIt was amazing to How quickly they were able to identify the individual and prepare the report and send it to the local policeI’m forever grateful that I had such wonderful, talented, intelligent, and knowledgeable individuals to help me with my issueI highly recommend the service. SkyNet has provided all our technology and cybersecurity needs for years. We originally had them perform an audit of our current IT provider and found we were spending way too much on our office 365 licensing. Since switching, we get much faster support than we used to,, their people are at our locations when they say they’ll be, and they just built us an AI that works between our Sales Force and purchasing software that is really helping our order entry people. They are awesome, and I highly recommend SkyNet.

I don't use Astute, but I had to review this company because they help my husband's company. I’ve been so impressed I had to share. I often overhear my husband’s calls with the IT team at Astute, and they are consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.
