eSILO Tech Support ReviewI am a retired engineer and part time stock option trader. I have been an eSilo customer for about 7 years now and I have had only one occasion that required tech support. Recently I have purchased a new PC as the old one with Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October of this year. Since I belong to the Boomer generation and not well versed in IT, I hired a local IT guy to transfer the files for me.To my complete dismay, I discover on the new PC that all my photo and music files are gone. The excuse I got was that there were no photo or music files on my old PC which is total bull. I was both angry and desperate. I call up eSilo tech support and work with the software engineer Danny. Danny was able to restore my photo files, music files and investment spreadsheets that take me years to build. What a relief! Danny is very personable and professional. The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Arnie is a superhuman with superpowers!If I could, I’d give Arkadian Cybersecurity six stars. I lost my SSD with my whole system and all my music files and scores — and he brought it all back. Arnie recovered everything and made my setup look and work exactly like before.On top of that, he got it running with my older Mac, which had been a total headache before. Top notch all the way! Professional yet personable. Extremely good at what they do (Mac or PC) and they explain everything in a way I can understand. VQIS does remote monthly maintenance on my work laptop (windows), as well as takes care of my family’s non-work iMacs when we have issues. Our entire network was down: unable to make or receive phone calls; providers unable to access the electronic health records; staff unable to access emails; and staff unable to process referrals.
