We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this). CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Zeta Sky replaced our previous IT company about a year ago. With the help of Zeta Sky, we moved seamlessly to a cloud-based platform in a very short, cost-efficient manner. The cloud-based platform has added significant value to our business and allowed employees and contractors to work remotely without the need to "remote in" on local computers in our offices. Also, the cloud-based system enabled the firm to move off of 20-plus services and leave all 20-plus servers behind. The firm suffered zero "down time" during the move because of the cloud-based system. Now that the firm is on the cloud, I no longer deal with daily IT headaches. Moreover, our IT costs have decreased significantly. Zeta Sky's customer service is second to none. Although IT issues are infrequent since the move to the cloud platform, when a team member experiences IT issues, Zeta Sky's support staff responds immediately. Zeta Sky's support does not end at 5 pm; they are available at almost every hour of every day. Zeta Sky has also moved the firm into a more secure IT environment with layers of safety protocols and security programs. Zeta Sky has provided training to our team members and explained important safety measures to keep the firm's data safe. I am confident our firm's data is far more secure than it was before we moved to Zeta Sky for all of our IT services. We highly recommend Zeta Sky for all IT services.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment. In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right. Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Employees and contractors should be aware of how this company handles financial and legal responsibilities. If you're considering working with or for SPOC, I strongly encourage you to exercise caution and do your due diligence

Position Interviewed For: Site Reliability Engineer Interview Rounds: 4 Technical (2 Internal + 2 Client) + HR Round I recently went through the complete interview process with this company. During the initial telephonic conversation, I clearly communicated my compensation expectations to the recruiter/HR, and they confirmed that it aligned with their budget. Based on that, we proceeded with multiple rounds — including four technical interviews and a final HR discussion — where I was selected at every stage. However, after clearing all rounds and following up for the final update, I was informed that they do not have the budget to match my expectation. This was both surprising and disappointing. 👎 What Went Wrong: If the budget didn’t match my expectations, it should have been clearly communicated at the start. Proceeding with the full process only to backtrack due to budget issues is a poor experience for any candidate. It felt like a waste of time and effort on both sides. 🙏 My Suggestion to the Company: Please ensure clarity from the very beginning regarding budget constraints. If the candidate’s expectation isn’t feasible, it’s perfectly okay to be upfront during the initial discussion rather than delaying the communication until the final stage. Respecting a candidate’s time and effort is key to building a good employer brand.
