Mobile App Development Review from Anju

Our business buys old phones from people, and everything used to run through shops and phone calls. Mindrops built the apps for iPhone and Android so the whole thing now sits in one place: brand list, condition questions, price screen, ID upload, pickup booking and payment. Both apps were made together. There was a call every week, so nobody had to keep asking where things stood. Work finished on time. What stayed with us is how much attention went into the price screen. That one screen decides whether a seller trusts us or walks away, and they treated it that way. They also told us our condition questions were too long and asked to cut them down, which helped a lot. Not everything was smooth. The Android app fell behind for a while and a few screens had to be redone, and our own testing caught it before theirs did. Still, both apps run well and the job was done properly.

eCommerce Development Review from Ankit Agarwal

Flavour Fussion came to Mindrops with a full product catalogue and no digital storefront to put it in. The team built the complete eCommerce website development project from the ground up, structuring makhana, spices, dry fruits, saffron, cardamom, granola and trail mixes into browsable collections instead of one flat product list. Festive and corporate gift hampers were given their own curated section, which reflects how that category actually sells. Request a quote and enquiry flows were built specifically for wholesalers and importers rather than being bolted on as generic contact forms. Homepage content was written to carry the sourcing, hygienic packing and packaging flexibility messages that matter to export buyers. The result is a site that finally matches how the business presents itself in person. Buyers can be sent a product link instead of a PDF, and enquiries now arrive with the details already captured. Response time did slow slightly over one weekend in the middle of the build, though everything still landed on schedule by 7th September. For a food products export brand, having a responsive and global ready storefront has changed the quality of conversations with international buyers.

Computer Vision Review from Ashok Kumar Singh

Counting trucks at a mine gate by hand never really works. Someone always misses a vehicle, or writes down the wrong number. Mindrops built a computer vision system for us that does this job on its own. It looks at every vehicle at the gate, reads the number plate, and marks whether the truck is loaded or empty. Date and time get saved with each entry. It also counts how many trips one truck makes in a day. The gate is much easier to manage now. Daily reports are ready on their own, so nobody has to sit and prepare them at the end of the shift. Their team replied fast during the testing days, which helped us a lot. Weekend support is slow though. One fix stayed pending till Monday because of that. Still, for a mining business, having a clear record of every truck is a big help.

We sell portable pickleball court LED projectors and needed a professional storefront that could handle orders, inventory, and customer communication. They delivered a modern, mobile-friendly site with a smooth checkout flow, backend database for order and inventory management, and automated email sequences for order confirmations, shipping updates, and follow-ups. They also set up our SEO foundation so we're positioned to rank for product searches. What stood out was their BYOK approach we own everything they built. No recurring platform fees, no vendor lock-in. They finished the entire project in July 2025 and handed it off with full documentation and training. If you need an e-commerce site built fast and built right, these are the people to call.

AI Development Review from Arionne Patterson M.S.

We hired AutomateNexus to build a new website for our boutique travel agency, and they delivered far more than we expected. Erin and the team built us a custom website, client portal, and admin dashboard from scratch plus set up automations that completely changed how we run the business. Before working with them, we were drowning in manual tasks: sending confirmations, chasing documents, following up with leads. Now most of that runs automatically. The client portal lets our travelers access their itineraries and documents anytime, and the admin backend makes managing bookings so much easier. What impressed us most was the strategic thinking. They didn't just build what we asked for they helped us rethink our entire workflow and showed us where AI and automation could save us time. We're saving 15-20 hours a week on admin work we used to do manually.Communication was excellent throughout, delivery was on time, and the final product exceeded expectations. If you're a small business looking to modernize your operations without getting locked into expensive monthly software, I highly recommend AutomateNexus.

Web Design Review from Stephen Peal

Qualimatrix Technologies team designed our logo. First, we asked them to provide us with various logo options ranging from hyper-conservative to ultra-modern. Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Qualimatrix Technologies managed the final logo design process from beginning to end. After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests. The website functions very well, and were pleased with the core site vitals. Since were still getting indexed, its too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, were heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design. We've been tracking our keywords and have climbed to the first page of the search results for some of them. We've also run technical SEO audits that have garnered positive results.

Software Testing Review from Itamar Lesuisse

The manual testing has provided confidence that our application is stable and functioning. The amount of progress we have made with automation testing has been incredible. We use a custom CLI that the team has been able to get accustomed to and we can now run hundreds of automated tests before deploying. Communication has been sufficiently managed over Zoom and Slack. We have a weekly standup at the start of the week and have plenty of dialog over Slack throughout the week. The team sends end of day and end of week summaries which are great to understand and track progress and the team was very quick to onboard and begin testing. They have been incredibly thorough and have proved to be an invaluable part of the QA process.
