Please don’t be fooled by the promises—feeling disappointed here.I almost never leave negative reviews, but my experience with The Social Sharks deserves a warning. I typically focus on positive feedback, but this is only my low-star review out of many five-stars.Despite their claims of client care, I paid in advance for two services and only received a refund for one after persistent requests. The other, far more costly service was never delivered—despite clear proof and repeated attempts to resolve it. Ryan at The Social Sharks refused to make things right.If you value honesty and follow-through, look elsewhere.
