As a professional graphic designer I thought I could handle designing and developing my own eCommerce site for my artwork but had been struggling with getting it completed for the last 2 years and to be honest, it was technically a little out of my expertise. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about all technical matters in developing an e-commerce site for me that is far beyond what I ever thought I could do. He has gone above and beyond to creating a wonderful site for me. It is so great now to have the platform to sell my art for years to come. Michael is not only knowledgeable and skilled but he is also patient, supportive and available. This is saying a lot. I have felt all along that I had found a designer/developer that would have my back for any problems, questions and innovative ideas I may want to try for the continuation and further development of my site. Also, he is calmly instructive and has been teaching me how to run my site properly. He takes his time to share his vast knowledge base with me. I don't feel I have to learn it all quickly because I know he will be there to support me. He also makes me feel I can ask him anything and nothing is a stupid question. We have had a time difference as I am on the Westcoast and 3 hours behind him, but he has really made a point to be available to working with me in the hours that are good for me. I would one hundred percent recommend RiviWeb for anybody needing to develop a website of any type. I will be spreading the word for my art colleagues who have equally struggled getting their art out there into the webiverse, and, thus into the world. Let me start by saying, I can clearly see that they are a reputable company based on their other reviews, however this is just my personal experience.I hired them to build our property management company a website. Without diving into every little detail, it just seems as though once the owner gets you under contract, the service goes down and then once they have you "off their plate" there doesn't seem to be much loyalty. Just profit over anything. Had a handful of small changes I was hoping to make to our website shortly after it was completed. These were simple changes. All I got back was a several thousand dollar quote. I understand business and that a company has to make money but there is a fine line on when you just do it and when you charge. On our business, if we can go a little above and beyond for our customer, we will do it to keep the relationship strong. This did not seem to be the case with DesignLoud. We had several projects that me and my partners were hoping to use them on in the future so this was disappointing. Again, just my experience and how I was left feeling by the end of it.

We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.
