Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best. After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project. We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side. They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project. We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

We’ve been working with 911IT for quite some time, and they’ve been a dependable partner for our business. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever issues arise. Whether it’s day-to-day support, infrastructure questions, or more complex IT challenges, they’ve consistently provided professional service and clear communication.A special thanks to Kody, who has always been great to work with. He takes the time to understand the issue, follows through, and makes sure things are resolved. As the in-house IT manager, I appreciate having a managed services partner that collaborates rather than simply closing tickets. It’s reassuring to know we have a team we can rely on when we need additional expertise or support.I would recommend 911IT to any business looking for a responsive and professional IT services provider.

If you’re looking for the best IT company, I can’t recommend 911 IT enough. Their professional service really stood out to me from the start. I loved working with Logan—he was such a great help and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. What’s also impressive is their remote IT support, which means they’re always just a call away no matter where you are. The IT services they provide are reliable and tailored to fit your business needs perfectly. It’s clear they care about delivering top-quality IT support every time. Definitely a trusted partner!
