Unprofessional treatment from the sales team. My experience with the contact at Vaimo sales team is a horror example of when the sales manager has stopped caring and should look for a new job. Was spammed with emails and calls from Vaimo's salespeople, one salesperson didn't know what the other was doing, which led to 3 of us being emailed, after several emails we asked them to remove us from their lists we are tired of being spammed by salespeople. No response to the emails, they continue to email us, we are talking about several emails a week (no sense of boundaries), when we point out this violates GDPR, we have asked them to stop emailing us with emails that are clearly not tailored to us (they haven't even checked out our company properly). Now they are starting to call us instead, when we have kindly explained we are happy with our current situation and not interested, the salesperson insults our company. Left a very bad taste, unfortunately this is not a one-time incident when my colleague was spammed by another seller (what if they don't let sellers have multiple names?) similar incident, for the colleague she received unpleasant comments on her face what kind of style is this? You are the ones who spammed us we have never had contact with you! Where is the sales manager? What does he do if this is how the staff is allowed to harass people who never asked for your contact.

Simply excellent - I'd highly recommend Andrew, Chris, Darren & the team at Nzime. A few years ago we were getting great results / feedback with our existing business coaching and mentoring clients, but we were really struggling to articulate our offer to new potential ones. One discovery workshop and a meeting later we had absolute clarity around who our target client was, why they would buy from us and also why we are different. Nzime also created a marketing process for us and came up with some very good ideas as to how to go about our marketing, including building a new website. This has been invaluable and helped us more than double the business in the last 3 years. And finally and most importantly, they care about their clients and are really good people to work with !

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments. Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice. More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.
