We reached out to Emergent to find out more about their virtual dba services. Their services sounded to be exactly what we needed. That was over 4 years ago. Since then we found Emergent to be a key partner in helping us in administration of our databases. Worse business model ever. Horrible reviews from customers and clients. They hired me to work there and then 2 weeks later said they couldn’t afford me.I’ve experienced the exact same thing as the awful reviews below.No structure to the business, fake spam emails internally, lack of communication etc.Horrible culture. The second day I was sent to a conference, no background of a plan, but basically show up.I did not fill out any paperwork on my first day for any of my benefits which was VERY sketchy and every time I asked, the CEO would change the subject and would never answer my question. At one point, I knew it was a scam when the employee I was working with said, “you aren’t even in the system or on the benefits yet!!!!”Red flags- They put me on payroll AFTER they let me go….Highly DO NOT recommend. They finally actually paid me 2 weeks later for my expenses, pay, and travel. I still have not received information from the company and have reached out to their team for weeks…..

They never answer the phone or return emails, even from their employee, and now we are trying to get him compensated for some Covid sick time, but they still refuse to communicate.

Very Friendly People here when getting loaded, however, when try to buy a snack or two in the break room while using the restroom a wonderful young man in a wheelchair told me “snacks were not for truck drivers” it’s only for employees” I showed him the 5 dollars as the snacks were on an honor system and he told me “um….I appreciate the offer but no thanks”. I put down the snacks, took my money and left. I had on my veteran coat as well. Great Job IBI, do you treat all veterans like crap or just the trucker ones???

Working With IdioSys was easy, the quick response was effective and the updates on the metrics from google on leads was very helpful, the team was great to work with and helped a lot translate what the reports meant. After one and half months we were able to get leads from the site that would be customers. The company is good, but today I attended a walk-in drive in Indore and faced several issues. Students were made to stand under the scorching sun in extremely high temperatures. They distributed only 20 tokens at a time and then imposed a 30-minute waiting period before issuing the next set of tokens. Due to the large number of participants and this inefficient token system, I didn’t even get a chance to appear for the drive. I had traveled all the way from Bhopal to Indore specifically for this opportunity, but the organizers showed no consideration for the students’ mental and physical well-being. The entire experience was exhausting and disappointing.Do you like this personality?

They post fake job openings. My interview was scheduled to be online, but they asked me to come to the office for the test and interview. I had applied for a software testing position, but in the advanced skills test, only one out of five questions was related to software testing. Pathetic experience while interviewing with the company they just conduct fake hirings like things I have applied twice here and passed all round of interview and in last round they asks so called puzzles I have even answered 3 out of 4 still got rejection mail.They have 20 vacancies from the begin of 2024 and they are still unable to fill these position and it's jan 2025 now you can understand what type of hiring they do.
