Kinematic Digital suggested an action plan to help improve our online presence. They then migrated the platform to Magento. They brought in third-party modules and extensions to improve our platforms UX and functionality. They now provide ongoing maintenance and support.
The project started off a bit sluggish, but has drastically improved and is now going quite well. They're extremely responsive, regardless of time or day. On top of that, their team is knowledgeable and communicates well with us, creating a synergetic partnership. We use YouTrack for project management, and we communicate via Google Meet, Slack, and WhatsApp. We also have emergency contacts that we can use if necessary.
What impressed us the most was that They assign seasoned developers to our project. As a result, tasks are completed quickly, usually within a few days, which is far better than I've experienced with other vendors.

From project planning to documentation, Kinematic Digital produced tidy and well-organized outcomes. The customer has chosen from among the several design alternatives they offered. Best practices and an optimized user journey were followed in the collaborative design process. In addition to being quick and search engine optimized, the website was completed expertly.
Scrum is the project management methodology that Kinematic Digital uses. Kinematic Digital's many web technologies, such as Basecamp and InVision, allowed for open and transparent project collaboration. The Kinematic Digital team was detailed-oriented and on time. We believed that, as opposed to being a vendor, we were dealing with a real partner that shared our passion for the project's success.

There are two types of work that we would do with Kinematic Digital. One is Sitecore maintenance and operation. Consider that keeping the website up and running on a daily basis. If there are small changes we need to make, like the template of a specific page, make some configuration changes, or sometimes we change the hosting environment, such as upgrading a server, they handle that. Anything related to administration and infrastructure, we delegate to Kinematic Digital.
On top of that, when we have strategic projects, we engage with them on a statement of work type of arrangement. A couple of examples of those are we switched our blog platform and the look and feel and design of the blog a couple of years ago, and Kinematic Digital handled that project, so both the design and then the technical side. More recently, we conducted a redesign of the overall branding look and feel of our website, and Kinematic Digital did that, too. They worked on both the design side of it as well as the technical deployment.
