They brought in third-party modules and extensions to improve our platforms UX and functionality. They now provide ongoing maintenance and support.The project started off a bit sluggish, but has drastically improved and is now going quite well. They're extremely responsive, regardless of time or day. On top of that, their team is knowledgeable and communicates well with us, creating a synergetic partnership. We use YouTrack for project management, and we communicate via Google Meet, Slack, and WhatsApp. We also have emergency contacts that we can use if necessary. What impressed us the most was that They assign seasoned developers to our project. As a result, tasks are completed quickly, usually within a few days, which is far better than I've experienced with other vendors.

There are two types of work that we would do with Kinematic Digital. One is Sitecore maintenance and operation. Consider that keeping the website up and running on a daily basis. If there are small changes we need to make, like the template of a specific page, make some configuration changes, or sometimes we change the hosting environment, such as upgrading a server, they handle that. Anything related to administration and infrastructure, we delegate to Kinematic Digital.On top of that, when we have strategic projects, we engage with them on a statement of work type of arrangement. A couple of examples of those are we switched our blog platform and the look and feel and design of the blog a couple of years ago, and Kinematic Digital handled that project, so both the design and then the technical side. More recently, we conducted a redesign of the overall branding look and feel of our website, and Kinematic Digital did that, too. They worked on both the design side of it as well as the technical deployment.

My experience with the interview process was mixed.I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion.The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated.I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged.To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling.My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style.Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

I am unable to suggest Webinopoly. 40–45 business days were quoted to me for completion. On business day 100, I gave a lawyer a call. I had to keep asking for updates because they weren't given out freely without first asking. Industry speak was beyond my grasp. $11,000 was dropped. In the end, I never received a website from them. When I returned to screen-shotting bad reviews for my legal case, the reviews I was looking for had vanished. I'm not going to delete this review. I will share my experience with Technbrains aka Koder Labs a year out from their service.I hired this company in May 2024 to Develop a two sided market app for my business. They worked off of a feature and product list I created and brought from another developer. They claimed they can complete this within three months and make sure it is scalable and viable for growth.I will say that the team itself was very organized and structured initially, and they had great communication. I had a great relationship with two of the members of their team. I ended my business with coder once they were near completion and I asked for a quote for two final Features that were important for my app, which included a background check API integration, and a stripe payment integration. They quoted me over $10,000 for these two features which I felt was too high. I received much lower quotes when I shopped around with other developers. But this is not even half of the issue.Soon after I found a tech cofounder to join forces with me. The app was not set up correctly in the backend, and we have allowed several developers to check out our servers and backend to which they have all said the same thing. The backend is a mess and some developers refused to even touch it because it was so confusing. My notifications have been wonky since I left them last year. We just found the root of the cause is the way they set up the sqs to 50 minutes Instead of 50 seconds. This has caused an expensive and ongoing issue for the last eight months. In addition to this they name so many folders do not delete. They also used fire base and a WS, which are too conflicting back in servers. The entire set up of my app is unnecessarily complicated. And has been a constant expensive fix for me. there were many features that are hardcoded, which were not necessary. Which means I cannot change very very simple things in the app, especially when they were using flutter flow to develop the app. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It is clear that they purposely made the app to be complicated, so that no other developer would want to touch it and I would end up back with them. To top it off, there were some very, very sloppy mistakes at the end of our business when they knew I would be leaving them due to the expensive quote. It seemed as they were in a hurry to finish off with me, so they made less time to properly ensure the app was in a good standing. On top of all this, when I made them aware of these issues, they would never accept any kind of accountability. If you want a good quality app, I would recommend you spend a little more on something that is worth it. In the end you will end up paying far more For fixing stupid unnecessary mistakes for months or even years after it has been developed.I also want to know that none of the employees are actually stationed here in the US. They are ALL offshore workers.In addition to that, look at all of their reviewers who gave them five stars. They are all fake accounts with only one review, which is just for TechNBrains.

I am so disappointed to leave a bad review as at first I loved everything Binary Design did. My site was complicated and had a lot to the back end. We engaged in Oct of 21' and I finally had to fire them because they missed every deadline. They hit me up for more money several times, 2 of 3 people on my team are gone and every request I sent for help was ignored. They can do the basics but things like a membership or a calendar never got completed. Would not recommend them to anyone ever again.

They quoted me a price. I signed a contract and after the work was done with what was listed on the contract the claimed I owed more money. They also suspended my website. I have had their service for almost 2 years and it’s difficult to reach anyone in customer service. The phone number is always different. Employees change every month so you will never work with the same person.

Through all their failures, Binary Design even offered me a web maintenance plan for $10,000. Finally I found a sister to fix their mess up, setup my pages in 2 days with complete functionality for $175.
